CANCELLATION OF ORDER, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND

We will do our best to make sure all goods sent are in good condition. All goods sold are final and are:
- NON-REFUNDABLE
- NON-RETURNABLE
- NON-EXCHANGEABLE

Kindly note that the actual colors of the items offered may vary from what you see on the actual item. This is due to the variation of the computer monitors resolution. We apologized for any inconvenience caused.

Our exchange policy applies only for damaged goods or
if customer has received a different item ordered.
Customer must then contact us within 3 working days
from the date of receipt of goods, stating your order
number, email address and contact number by sending us an email.
For the delivery of replacement goods (in the case of an exchange),
the customer will have to be bear the cost of delivery.
Also for replacement items of lower value, the excess
amount (after deducting the postage costs) will be
refunded. But for replacement items of higher value,
customers will have to pay for the differences
before we deliver the goods.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your exchanged items properly to ensure
that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.

Important: We do not accept returns, exchange or
refund on items purchased during sale or items
purchased for resale.

Full amount will only be refunded if good(s)
is (are) not available anymore or run out of stocks.
